  MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Dental, a unified dental software and services company, announced today that it has completed its purchase of substantially all of the assets of iCoreConnect Inc. (“iCore” or “the Company”), a leading provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions to the dental industry.

  Standard Dental elevates practice operations by providing dentists with complete insurance verifications, billing, payments, analytics and credentialing on a single streamlined platform. Founded and led by Dr. Parth Patel, Standard Dental is well-positioned to provide iCore with the additional resources and expertise required to support its continued growth.
