Tier 3 IT Technician (North Carolina)

Job Description: iCoreConnect is currently looking for an experienced Tier 3 IT Technician to join our Charlotte, North Carolina-based IT Services team. Applicants should problem-solve and effectively design solutions to meet a wide range of client needs, both physically and in the cloud. Responsibilities include design, deployment and support of business networks, servers, computers and users. Our platform includes more than a dozen SaaS enterprise services and more than 40 agreements/endorsements with state and regional healthcare associations.


  • Design and quote hardware, software and cloud solutions in collaboration with the sales team

  • Manage project deployments from start to finish

  • Create clear and precise documentation for ongoing support

  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve client issues and escalations

  • Track and record billable hours with detail of work performed

Required Skills:

  • At least 4 years of experience in business IT across various platforms and systems (preferably with an MSP)

  • Expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud migrations, setup and support

  • Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration

  • Expertise in designing, quoting and installing efficient IT Solutions (including

  • Network, Server, Workstations, Cloud, etc.)

  • Networking, firewall and managed switch configuration

  • Backup and disaster recovery configuration and administration

  • Windows 10 and macOS Troubleshooting, Administration & Support

  • Virus and malware prevention and remediation

Desired Skills:

  • Recent experience at a Managed IT Service company

  • Experience in AutoTask, ConnectWise or related MSP and RMM platforms
